Hippopotamus Pawnbrokers is a family owned and operated company offering Pawnbroking and Secondhand Dealing services in this region since 1979. Three generations of the family now work in the stores and are ably assisted by many wonderful long serving staff members.

The Denny family has lived and worked in this community since they opened Caboolture Monte de Piete on King Street, Caboolture way back in 1979. Now the proud owners and operators of three successful stores in Caboolture, Morayfield and Lawnton, the well-presented modern stores and the services available therein are a testament to the commitment of the family to the future of this region. Their aim is to continue to provide ethical, fair and quality service in this district for many years to come.
